Chris spends his time searching out land development opportunities in and around Bristol. His focus in recent months has been on areas of regeneration, which is both helping the local community as well as the home buyer.
Chris prides himself on spending many hours researching the areas that Eminence intend to invest in, from good transport links to government spending planned for the local areas.
Chris has an HND in Building Studies and his background consists of 10 years in the building trade, working both as a tradesman and a Project Manager. As well as being a key player within Eminence, Chris is a Director of his own Construction Company, Circle Construction.
Chris says; ‘Location is a major factor when investing in a property and areas of regeneration offer the best possible investments for our buyers as the cost you purchase your property at will inevitably be lower than what you will sell it for once the area has been developed.
The element that I find most inspirational is to be playing a part in the transformation of areas within Bristol that are fast becoming more desirable places to live.’
