As we all know, building someone a home is not just about bricks and mortar, the design and overall feel to a development mean so much more than that. Jamie is a qualified Interior Designer and ensures that Eminence benefits from that all important women’s touch.
Jamie says; ‘So many developments only benefit from a male dominated design team and this inevitably leaves a clear highway for certain things to be missed. By their very nature, men look at the bigger picture and although this vision is a vital necessity when working in this industry, I have seen so many design schemes, both internally and externally that have obviously been overlooked when it comes to the little things.
I make it my priority to think along the lines of the person who will potentially be living in my development and come up with ideas of how to make their living space and overall urbanisation work for them.
From the choice of plants in the grounds surrounding the development to the decision of high gloss or matt when choosing the kitchen work surfaces, getting these elements just right and bringing everything together is what makes being part of the Eminence Team inspirational for me.‘
