Eminence Property Developments Ltd is a NHBC registered developer and builder. This means we build in accordance with both Building Regulations and the NHBC standards. To achieve this each home is inspected periodically by the NHBC during the life of the development, thus ensuring our compliance with those standards.
However, it is the Eminence ethos to always reach one step beyond the regulations set.
