Marcus is the key link for Eminence when turning vision into reality. His time is spent project managing our developments at the forefront of the action.
Marcus has an NVQ in Bricklaying and his background consists of ten years in the building industry, working both as a tradesman and a Project Manager. As well as being a key player within Eminence, Marcus is a Director of his own Construction Company, Circle Construction.
Marcus says; ‘Time is a key factor when project managing property developments. Its important to ensure that we keep to our programme of works so to deliver the finished product to our customers on time.
Its also important to remember that as well as time frames I ensure that the team of contractors who work along side us understand the Eminence ethos of top quality materials, good workmanship and structural compliance with building control standards.’
